Description

3 Tudor Lodge is a well presented modern terraced house found in a sought after location to the south of the town centre. The property offers particularly light, and low maintenance accommodation. The property was re-roofed earlier this year and solar panels have been installed together with a battery. This reduces running costs and improves energy credentials. There is a lovely leafy outlook to the front onto The Park and some lovely views to the rear from the upper windows.

Internally, the well presented double glazed accommodation is laid out over three floors. The ground floor hall with cloakroom leads to a large and light kitchen/breakfast room with a huge island incorporating a breakfast bar, appliances including a Rangemaster oven and bifold doors across the width of the property, plus a dining area to the front of the property.

On the first floor is an L-shaped lounge with two windows out to The Park, plus a media wall and a fitted gas fire. Also on this floor is a bedroom with window to the rear, and a modern shower room.

On the second floor are a further three bedrooms, and a modern bathroom (refitted last year).

Outside and to the front is a small garden whilst to the rear is a low maintenance walled garden, with a door into the single garage, and a gate out to the rear parking space, with electric car charging point.
