Ref. - Health House is a unique architectural project located in Èze, between Nice and Monaco, offering panoramic views of the Mediterranean. Designed by an architect and public health researcher, this project is based on the theory of salutogenic design, aiming to prevent stress and promote well-being through the positive impact of the environment.

The 700 m² villa incorporates noble materials such as wood, marble, and glass, and features open and green spaces.
The house includes several levels: a ground floor with an open living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a suite, and an office; a first floor with a large suite, two bedrooms, and a living area; a rooftop with a barbecue and relaxation area; and a lower level dedicated to wellness with a gym, sensory spa, cinema, laundry room, and independent studio. Outside, there is a swimming pool, jacuzzi, pool house, and gardens with fountains.

Health House is fully air-conditioned, equipped with solar panels, and serviced by an elevator. It offers bright living spaces, private terraces, and facilities that promote relaxation and social interaction.
