The location in the former ‘Lower Styria’ is often referred to as Slovenian-Styrian Tuscany. Jeruzalem is one of the most renowned wine regions in Slovenia and is becoming increasingly popular in the European wine scene.

Ptuj (Pettau) lies 100 km south-east of Graz, between Vienna and Trieste (300 km each). Only 30 km from Maribor and 30 km from the vineyards in Jeruzalem.
Ljubljana and Zagreb are about 100 km away.

The price level of the vineyard and the real estate is about 60% below that of neighbouring Styria.

The wine-growing areas are made up as follows:
- 4 ha planted in 2008;
- 1 ha planted in 2008 in long-term and transferable lease;
- 6 ha planted in 2018 (Riesling and Sauvignon);
- 2 ha of new plantings are approved.

The grape yield is currently 30,000 kg. The grape varieties grown include Šipon/Furmint, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris, as well as Riesling and Sauvignon. The vineyards are tended according to the highest quality criteria. The grapes are processed in a Slovenian winery on the basis of normal performance accounting and are vinified into high-quality white wines that have achieved remarkable success in the trade press, in competitions and in trade.

Part of the sale are
- a beautifully situated house with a view over the vineyards as well as another strategically located building for future wine production and on site,
- the utilisation and takeover of the traditional brand,
- as well as a historic stately building in Ptuj, 34 kilometres away, which is ideally suited as the administrative headquarters and for prestigious wine tastings; a concept for use as a wine academy, restaurant & hotel or similar is available.
