LOCATION:
Historically known as the medieval Capital of Ireland, Kilkenny is the smallest city with the biggest heart. SITE:
The lands are located adjacent to the housing developments of Seville Lawns and Nyne Park, just off the Callan Road and adjacent to the N10 Ring Road and the Western Environs Relief Road. This area of Kilkenny has seen the arrival of several new housing developments in recent years.
The subject lands are part of the Seville Lawns Development and substantial works have already been carried out to facilitate access and servicing of the lands.
