This has been our family home for 30 years, where we have brought up our daughter, she has now moved to Horsham and has a young son. We would like to live closer to her growing family and perhaps downsize our home. Our home is very secluded, it's quiet and offers very versatile space. As parents and more recently grandparents we've enjoyed the flexibility within the house to enjoy family time, socialise and work from home. We have benefited having friendly and helpful neighbours. Houses in Merlin Close rarely change hands, the most recent sale was 18 years ago. The local area has so much to offer. We walk regularly in Ifield Brook Meadows and Woods. Ifield Conservation Area is less than 5 minutes away from us, with lakes, wildlife and cycle paths.
