An additional compulsory service charge totalling £286.66 per week will be applied for the following services:

WATER CHARGE - The scheme has a central water meter, and costs are shared between all homes. You will not receive a separate bill from Yorkshire water.

MEAL CHARGE - Our trusted caterers provide a nutritious 3 course lunch daily which you select from a varied menu. The team will work closely with you to plan menus to cater to all tastes.

DISTRICT HEATING VARIABLE - Heating to the scheme is provided by a central boiler. This provides the heating for communal areas and homes. You still have control of your heating in your own home, and will be charged based on your usage.

DOMESTIC ASSITANCE - Our domestic assistants can support with laundry and light cleaning and domestic tasks in your home on a weekly basis.

EXTRA CARE SUPPORT - Our dedicated Scheme Managers are on site 7 days a week to support your wellbeing. They will contact you daily to check on your wellbeing and support you to maintain your independence. They also sleep in on site to provide emergency support should you need it during the night.

EXTRA CARE MANAGEMENT - Our team provide support to ensure your home is safe, well maintained and is a welcoming place that meets your needs. We ensure all health and safety compliance throughout the internal and external areas of the communal space, and the management of contractors and colleagues who help to run the service.

EXTRA CARE COMMUNAL AND DOMESTIC SERVICE - This covers the costs of running and maintaining the scheme, such as communal cleaning, running repairs, maintenance of essential services such as fire alarms, fire misting systems, electricity usage in communal areas.

GROUNDS MAINTENANCE CHARGE - Our approved contractors regularly visit to maintain the gardens and grounds so you can relax and enjoy your outside space.

CARE LINK CHARGE - This service enables you to access support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you need help the team will arrange the appropriate support immediately.

TV LICENCE - A communal TV licence covers all homes, there is no need to purchase your own individual licence. If you are eligible for a free TV licence, this charge will be removed from your account.

ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGE - For the cost of the administrative teams that support the smooth running of your home and scheme.

LIFT MAINTENANCE CHARGE - This covers the maintenance and running of the lift at your scheme
