SITUATION
The land is conveniently located adjoining the A303 just 0.5 miles west of the village of Tintinhull. The popular village of Martock is located approximately 2.5 miles further west. The larger centre of Yeovil is located some 5 miles to the east.

The land is accessed directly from Head Street via a gateway together with being metres from the junction onto the A303.
