A chalet with traditional Portuguese architecture, called Casal de S. João, located at the top of Monte Estoril, which has been completely renovated.
At the entrance, there is a large hallway that divides the rooms on the entrance floor, typical of the old architecture, with wooden door frames and the original floor with wooden planks and double height ceilings. On this floor, there is a 27 square meter living room with two large windows and a fireplace with a wood burner, a living room, an office and a guest bathroom. There is also a fully renovated kitchen with a dining room.
On the second floor, there is the master suite, with a walk-in closet and a bathroom with a bathtub, three bedrooms that share a large bathroom and a dressing room with built-in wardrobes. The bathroom on this floor has a bathtub and a shower. There is also a storage room for clothes. On this floor, the floor is entirely wooden except for the master suite, which is carpeted.
The ground floor is an independent apartment with direct access to the garden and has a bedroom with two windows overlooking the garden, a large living room, a kitchen with a pantry, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a utility area where the laundry is located.
