The house was built in 1905 and later extensions were added in the late 1980s and 2006 to create a three bedroom, two bathroom family home. The property is presented over two floors and now offers in excess of 1,400 sq. foot of accommodation. The ground floor has a cloakroom leading off the hallway, an open plan sitting/dining room, a kitchen/breakfast room and family room. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms one with an en suite shower room, along with the family bathroom.

The rear garden has a decked seating area leading to a raised lawn. On one side is a brick-built outbuilding housing the boiler and there is a brick boundary wall at the side and rear. There are views across paddocks and countryside with a gate providing direct access for walks. At the front there is an area laid to lawn and a driveway with parking for three cars and access to the garage and the side of the house.

Ground Floor

The entrance hall has engineered wooden flooring and double doors leading through to the dining area. The sitting room has triple aspect windows and a feature fireplace. There is a separate family room with a window to the front aspect. The kitchen breakfast room has a range of Shaker style cabinets with oak worktops and a breakfast bar. There is an electric oven and hob, an integrated dishwasher and space for a fridge/freezer and washing machine. A door leads through to the family room and another opens to the rear garden.

First Floor

The principal bedroom has windows overlooking the fields and paddocks. There are fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a shower cubicle, a wash basin, and a low-level WC. Bedrooms two and three are also double rooms and bedroom two has built in wardrobes.
