The garden features artificial grass and a saltwater pool, harmonizing with the paved area and protected by an automatic cover. A chill-out area features furniture covered in nautical fabric, a fireplace, an outdoor kitchen, and a toilet. The annex includes a living room, bedroom, and full bathroom.
