I was immediately attracted to this converted apartment by its attractive "Victorian facade". As soon as I walked through the front door I knew the property was for me due to its light and airy rooms especially the sitting room with it's bay window which has elevated views. One of the real bonuses is the garden which has a lawned and decked areas which are ideal for those are summer days. More recently I have let out the property which has provided an excellent return.
