Argegno is located approximately 15 km from Como Town centre and so within 20 minutes drive to the motorway making it ideal for commuting to Milan or further afield with Milan airports within 60 minutes drive. Argegno is a key town on the western side of Lake Como apart from being within easy reach of Milan it is also well served by local public transport - ferries and bus services ensuring residents can access all parts of the lake. It is also know as the gateway to the Intelvi Valley, which is famous for its large green open spaces, ideal for hiking, as well as a Ski Resort and Golf Course at nearby Lanzo Intelvi. Providing all information regarding the purchase process, costs involved in the completion as well as costs for the routine management of the property - annual tax (IMU), water, electricity and gas bills. We ensure the client will have no unpleasant surprises and so all the information we provide will give clarity throughout.

Managing the rental of the property for those for clients who want to rent their property, we will manage the bookings, undertake the ‘check in’ and ‘check out’ of guests, organize the cleaning before the arrival of the next guest etc. Leaving the owner to collect the revenue at the end of the rental season.
