The nearest beach, that belongs to the nearby hotel resort but is open to the public, is only a short walk (approx. 300 meters) away from the plot.
The coastal town of Sitia and Sitia airport are only 30 kilometers away.
The town of Ierapetra is about 25 mins away and Agios Nikolaos, the capital of Lasithi, is about 30-35 mins away.
These towns have all types of shops and amenities that you would expect to find in a modern European town.
