As far as Chalet bungalows go, this for me is one of the best ones we've had the privilege of marketing. It's in lovely order thanks to the works that have been undertaken with only one's personal taste in decor being something that would be changed if at all. The garden is an absolute sun trap being south facing, and to the front you have more than enough parking, plus a garage. The local schools are super close by too, as are the local shops and open green space.

Yateley is a highly sought-after location for house hunters having previously been voted as one of the Uk's best places to live! There are plenty of well regarded local schools for all ages, and amenities are all close by. There's outstanding greenspace too with Yateley Common giving you hours and hours of woodland to explore! The M3 can be reached within minutes as can many of the local train stations.
