This property would make an excellent starter home, if you are looking to downsize or looking to invest as a rental property or potential for AirBnb. The property consists of plenty of charm and character and if you are in the market for a quirky character property then I would highly recommend viewing this property.

The kitchen houses the gas combi boiler, fitted oven and electric hob whilst there is space for freestanding appliances and a double glazed PVC window to the side of the property. Just off the kitchen is an additional storage cupboard and a downstairs bathroom. The bathroom consists of a bath with overhead shower, sink, toilet, heated towel rail and a double glazed PVC window to the side. 

On the first floor you will find two double bedrooms with another fireplace in bedroom one, exposed wooden flooring throughout the first floor. Also hosting sash windows to the front of the property. 

Externally to the front there is a courtyard which is mainly gravelled and enclosed by railings. To the side is another courtyard style garden currently housing a seating area, washing line and is gravelled. There is common land that wraps around the property. 

The parking is on street and the vendor parks down Ash Drive which is just across the road on a first come first serve basis.

Trowbridge is the county town of Wiltshire. Boasting of an Odeon cinema complex with eateries like Nando's and Frankie & Benny's. The town centre is mixed with independent shops and chains. In the shopping centre there are micro shops which have just opened up helping small businesses to have a place on the high street. There is investment in to the high street with more local shops being renovated for opening. Castle Place shopping centre is up for sale generating fresh plans to re-generate the town.
