The location is excellent, and the convenience of having everything in the building is great too. The downside at the moment is the construction work.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They listen to our problems and try to resolve them diplomatically.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
don’t know what will be built on the land across the street; I would like to find out. I also didn’t know that the apartment gets so hot at this time of year, which I imagine will be good in winter.

Great location, welll connected. Parking is challenging and expensive. Construction noise it currently an issue but apart from that, the spot is really good.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Before we moved there were cleaning issues with thhe ceiling and cabinest. Property management handled it in a professional way.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Construction noise and how warm is the apartment in the summer (which will be a good asspect in the winter.

Great aspect close to trains and trams. Great location for sporting activities ie padel. Also great range of restaurants to choose from in the Deansgate square area

Beth and the team from the front of desk in the towers are also great, very helpful and friendly people!

The good thing about west tower is the service from all the staff but Ali especially, they will go above & beyond to help you

The fobs cost 35 pounds to replace which is not good

The building management has generally responded promptly and professionally to any issues. They communicate clearly, follow up when needed , and aim to resolve problems in a reasonable time.overall their support has been reliable and helpful

One thing I m glad I discovered after moving in is how convenient the location is shops transport links and parks are all close by making daily life much easier and more enjoyable
