Description

Have you watched the video yet? - Imagine a place where calm reigns, surrounded by trees and mountains, where the trickling of water can be heard, plus the chirping of birds and a few herds in the distance, which we can sometimes guess by the sound of their bells. And on this place, a first barn at the bottom of the slope followed by a second higher up.

What a beautiful place, how good is this location. This ideal really does exist, to accommodate a family, friendly, professional project, after renovation of course/

Located in the commune of Arbeost, Haute-Vallee de l'Ouzom in the Val d'Azun, this beautiful complex offers an exceptional service of 2 barns to renovate on a single plot of land.

Both located Pe de Lastoues on more than one and a half hectares of land, they overlook the Bourrinquets district, popular in particular for the calm that reigns there.

They are accessible on foot in a few moments from the Bourrinquets district, by a communal path.

A panoramic view surrounds this space, located at an altitude of 750m, and its 15,961m2 of land just a shade under 1.6 Hectares.

The rest is classic: offer to purchase, acceptance of the offer, sales agreement at the notary and authentic deed.

Property subject to the mountain law PDF procedure for fitting out this type of barn 'Foraines' barns available on request.

Agency Fees including tax payable by the seller.

NOTE: Cadastral plots and guide to the development of 'foraines' barns in attachment

The department of Hautes-Pyrenees is the southern-most department of the Midi Pyrenees region, its capital being the beautiful town of Tarbes. The department has a very interesting geography as two small sections belonging geographically to Aquitaine are administratively part of the Hautes-Pyrenees.

The department is split into two very different landscapes: mountains to the south covering half of the department, valleys to the north where the majority of the towns and villages are.

The economy of the department is mainly agricultural and tourism. Inside Midi Pyrenees, smaller areas have traditional names such as the Comminges (east of Toulouse) or the famous Gascony.

Hautes-Pyrenees is a very nice area to settle and one area to look out for (not very well known) is the Baronnies, a set of 30 villages which decided to preserve their rural traditions. An unspoilt area, they represent the rural idyll for anybody in search for absolute peace, authenticity and rest.

About Cle France, The French Property Network

6/7 Castle Gate, Castle Street, Hertford, Hertfordshire, SG14 1HD

Clé France is a UNIQUE network of estate agency professionals in France. Local knowledge and expertise is the very foundation of our business, and who knows France better than the French? Every one of our agents has been born, bred and trained in the area in which they work, and are able to offer local insight and assistance second to none.

They operate in the French property market, their vendors are for the most part French and so are their buyers, so when they value a property they do so in a truly local context. You can therefore be assured that you are buying property priced at the correct level for the local market, rather than that aimed at an international clientele.

Buying through Clé France means that you have access to these agents, often small independent operators, who you would otherwise never come across. For the first time, you as a British buyer genuinely have the same choice as somebody French walking through the doors of their local high street agent, and AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.

Not only are you getting the best that the French market has to offer, but you have the benefit of a U.K based enquiry office, and all of our agents speak English. We work together to guide you through the process of finding and buying your dream property, and beyond. All of our agents are long established French professionals, who have strong links with their communities, often forged over generations: they are a mine of information for our clients, and prove themselves invaluable when it comes to settling into your new home.

Sharon Evans has spent 15 years living and working in France, and understands the needs of U.K buyers. This along with an in depth knowledge of the buying system in France, the language and the culture means that you are in excellent and safe hands. Along with the team in France she can offer her clients the best of both worlds: the best value property and a superb bi lingual support network.
