The house has all the necessary equipment for a nice and cozy stay in the Chora of Folegandros. The house has a really nice temperature all year round due to the very thick and old walls, and also has air-conditioning for heating and cooling, as well as a solar heater for the hot water. The stone floor gives this real Greek feeling and the bougainvillea outside gives shade and beauty to the house patio. The upper floor apartment lacks kitchen but has its own bathroom and has a splendid view over the magnificent church on the mountain top. It is quite simple with two sofa beds, a small table, some chairs, and a fridge, and it has its own entrance from the terrace, so it can be used for Airbnb, even if you are staying in the main part of the house.
