Please note Alpages are not authorised as dwellings , whilst you can sleep there in the summer months it is not permitted to use as an accommodation in the winter .

The Alpage is one of 4 chalets situated in the L'arpettaz area,

Entry level with 2 connected rooms and a cave , a small kitchen island is in place . There is a mezzanine which would make a cosy sleeping area.
There is also a space to install a stove / fireplace
Stairs lead to a lower level with an additional room that opens out onto a courtyard protected from the elements . There is also a very basic shower room with sink and WC.
Secure doors and windows are in place, and there is basic insulation and concrete levels in place. Whilst there is evidently work to do to make it into a magical hideaway , the structure and envelope of the building is in place.
