Description

4 Furze Park is a detached 3 bedroom bungalow with a large garden on three sides, situated in a quiet cul de sac in the pretty hamlet of Trelights between Port Isaac and Polzeath on the North Cornish Coast. Freehold, EPC band D, Council Tax Band E.

The property has a particularly large private garden with mature trees and shrubs including apple trees. This private garden is a wild life haven but could be opened up considerably by trimming back some of the mature shrubs and trees.

The bungalow has parking on its driveway and an integral single garage but there is also parking on the road which only serves 5 properties. Sited in the garden to the side of the bungalow is a static caravan 28ft by 12ft.

The front door comes into a small porch and into main hallway. There is a double aspect sitting room to the front and at the rear is the kitchen dining room which looks out over the large rear garden. Most of the property has double glazed upvc windows but there is a lean to porch off the kitchen, which has single glazed wooden windows as does a side garage window. Most of the property is under a pitched roof with the garage and part of the kitchen under a flat roof which was fibre glassed about 6 years ago and in good condition. Central heating is from an oil boiler in the garage and there are solar panels helping with electricity costs.

There is a long hallway with a wet room/shower room with wc and next door is separate wc. There is a large airing cupboard, then a glazed hallway leads to three double bedrooms which look over the rear garden. The end bedroom being the largest and is double aspect looking over the front and rear gardens.

The property would benefit from some updating and with the garden opened up this will once again be a lovely property with plenty of private outside space.
