The area is incredibly convenient, feels safe even at more off hours, and there's new restaurants and bars opening all the time.

The building has responded very very promptly to issues I have raised (often immediately)

I would have started trying the neighbourhood restaurants sooner :)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The surroundings are very pleasant and make for an enjoyable stay. All facilities are close by. There is a large pedestrian-only area nearby which is very child-friendly. The bus stop is just around the corner, and both the underground and train stations are within a 10 to 15-minute walk, so they are also easily accessible. We are very happy with the location.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issues we encountered, or questions we had regarding specific building-related matters, were handled promptly and appropriately by the building management.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The balconies of the apartments can be quite windy, which means that even in good weather it’s not always entirely comfortable to sit outside.

Everything is overall good it’s just a little far from the closest station, about a 15 min walk. But the amenities make up for that inconvenience.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Author is right next to the Coal Drops Yard by Kings Cross which has many shops and restaurants to choose from! Note this property isn’t right in the heart of it, but it is quite close. The benefit of being on the outside is that there is a bus stop right by the building. However the metro station is about 15 min walk.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We haven’t had any serious issues thankfully. We did want to remove some extra furniture that was provided but the manager said they didn’t have room to store it.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Mainly regards to the furnishings- we were told the apartment furniture could be removed after we shipped in our personal furniture. Had we known that some could not be removed, we would not have shipped all our furniture.

Location is brilliant, short walk to everything. So many good restaurants and bars to choose from and lots of shops as well with coal-drop yard being a cross the road.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Absolutely faultless, we’ve only had one issue with our door and Cosmin went out of his wait to help us until he found a solution for us!

Not too sure, everything was really clear and straight forward so no surprises good or bad!
