The main bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and an en suite shower room, while the other two bedrooms have fitted wardrobes - one with an additional en suite shower room and the other with French doors leading out onto the impressive tiered composite decked balcony and steps to the rear.

Externally, the tiered composite decking is a real feature and has made excellent use of the natural contours of the sloping site as well as maximising the views, particularly with the ideal positioning of the hot tub on the first level down from the French doors. Below the decking and the steps are raised planted borders with a sloping lawned garden continuing down to the road behind, where there is a garage. To the front there is a small artificially-turfed garden, a block-paved patio and chipped slate beds, with a wooden gate for access from the path. There is also a recessed wooden bin store easily accessed from the pavement.
