Location
The historic town of Berwick upon Tweed is the main commercial centre for North Northumberland and the Eastern Borders and has a resident population of approximately 14,000 and an immediate catchment area of approximately 42,000. Description
The Old Militia Stables is a two storeyed, traditionally constructed stone and slate built detached former stables that was tastefully converted in 1986 to provide well appointed commercial accommodation. It retains a number of the original features including the front archways and bandolier boxes together with exposed detailing to the internal face of the stonework.
