The open-plan kitchen/diner suits our lifestyle perfectly and is great for entertaining. The street is quiet, friendly, and safe for children to play, with very little traffic. There's off-street parking for two cars, and the area is well-connected by public transport. It’s about an 18-minute walk to South Woodford station, but buses just two minutes away go to Gants Hill, Ilford, Walthamstow Central, and beyond. Tesco across the road is incredibly handy, and the high street—with Waitrose, M&S, and more—is a 20-minute walk or short bus ride. My wife splits her time between home and the office, and this location offers a great balance—peaceful for home working, but with easy access to central London. I often drive for work, so being close to the M11 and North Circular is ideal."
