The Town is very popular for its beauty and proximity to many areas of Andalucia. The City of Granada, airport and the Nevada ski resort is less than 30 minutes away along the A92. Velez Malaga and the nearby beaches can be reached in around 45 minutes and Malaga, its coast line and airport in just over one hour 15 minutes. The stunning lake of Bermejales is a 20 minute drive away with a circumference of 28 km and crystal clear waters it is ideal for swimming or water sports.

The Town itself has all you need for everyday living with many shops, bars, supermarkets, medical centre, public pool etc and with all Spanish Towns and villages many fiestas!
