There are regular local bus services and mainline rail station in Newton Abbot and Teignmouth linking to London Paddington in around 3 hours. To the front of the property a tarmac driveway provides parking for around 3 cars and leads to the front door and single garage with power and light and a door to the rear. The front garden occupies the remainer of the space and is planted with a variety of bushes, shrubs and a small conifer tree. A gate to the side of the house opens to a pathway to the rear. The back garden is of a good size with a paved terrace across the rear of the house providing space for garden furniture.
