The local primary school is well supported and has a good Ofsted rating. Secondary schools are located in Kingsteignton and Ashburton, plus independent schools in Teignmouth and Stover, Newton Abbot.

Chudleigh Knighton is conveniently located for commuting to Torbay, Exeter or Plymouth with easy access to the A38 Devon Expressway, and also for access to the rest of the country via the M5 motorway at Exeter. There are regular local bus services and mainline rail station in Newton Abbot and Teignmouth linking to London Paddington in around 3 hours. Exeter has an airport flying to national and international destinations.

Bedroom three is a single bedroom or study and has a built-in cupboard. The rooms to the front take in pleasant views over the surrounding area and the room to the rear has an outlook over the garden. The fully tiled family bathroom has a modern white suite with chrome fittings and stylish herringbone wood effect vinyl flooring. There is an electric shower over the bath with a glass shower screen, and heated towel rail.


Outside

To the front of the property a tarmac driveway provides parking for around 3 cars and leads to the front door and single garage with power and light and a door to the rear. The front garden occupies the remainer of the space and is planted with a variety of bushes, shrubs and a small conifer tree. A gate to the side of the house opens to a pathway to the rear. The back garden is of a good size with a paved terrace across the rear of the house providing space for garden furniture. A low wall and flower planter separates the terrace from the lawn which occupies much of the remainder of the garden with boarders either side planted flower shrubs and bushes. A paved path runs along the side of the lawn of to the end of the garden where there is a wooden garden shed. The garden is enclosed with wooden fencing either side and a high conifer hedge to the far end gives a good degree of privacy and shelter.
