Kensington Park Road is situated on the south-western side of Brislington, to the south-east of Knowle, in between the Wells and Bath Roads which both provide access to the city through the south-easterly suburbs. The road is made up of mostly substantial Victorian homes. The area is just a short walk to shops and amenities of Sandy Park Road, Wells Road, with Paintworks and Avonmeads Retail Park also a short journey.
