Local area - The flat is perfectly situated in the heart of Deptford. Just five minutes walk to Deptford High Street with an array of nice bars and cafes, and the vibrant Deptford Market Yard. In fact Deptford High Street was voted 17th coolest street in the world by Timeout magazine in 2022, and named the most alive street in London, and it's only improved since then! You have everything you need on the doorstep in terms of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, gyms, swimming pool etc. And there's also a thriving arts and music scene. New Cross is also on the Overground Windrush line (Shoreditch, Hackney), change at Canada Water for the Jubillee line. Deptford is also on Thameslink for easy access to central and north London (City Thameslink, Farringdon, King's Cross). You can also access the DLR from Deptford Bridge station which is about a 12 minute walk.
Suitable for
