This private luxury Kalkan villa has six en-suite bedrooms. Thoughtfully designed for relaxation and enjoyment, the villa features three pools, multiple lounging areas-including a furnished roof terrace-and a table tennis table for added entertainment. Just a two-minute walk away is the popular Kalkan Beach Park, where you will find a restaurant/bar, beach area, sunbathing platforms and access to the clear waters of the Mediterranean where they also have a large floating pontoon.

Ground Floor
An open plan living area covers most of the ground floor, with the lounge area furnished with sofas and armchairs. Situated between the lounge area and kitchen there is a dining table to seat 10 guests. At the opposite end of the living room to the lounge is a well-equipped kitchen. There are large sliding glass patio doors which lead out on to the sea view pool terrace.

The ground floor also includes a comfortable double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room. This bedroom offers direct access to the main pool terrace, providing easy indoor-outdoor living.

First Floor
The first floor of this villa offers two well-appointed double bedrooms. Both rooms feature en-suite bathrooms complete with walk-in rain showers and private Jacuzzi baths, as well as sea views and direct access to a private furnished balcony.

Second Floor
The top floor of this villa is dedicated to the penthouse bedroom, featuring a double bed and an en-suite shower room. This bedroom boasts breath-taking sea views and opens directly onto the roof terrace. Furnished with a comfortable sofa, coffee table, parasol, and cushioned sun loungers, the terrace is a great spot to relax while taking in panoramic views of the sea, nearby beach clubs, and Kalkan's harbour.

Outside
The outdoor area at this villa is designed for both relaxation and entertaining, with uninterrupted views over the sea, nearby beach clubs, and Kalkan's scenic harbour. At its centre is a striking triangular-shaped infinity pool, surrounded by cushioned sun loungers and parasols for sun-soaked days by the water.

To one side of the pool, a shaded swing seat and a comfortable sofa seating area offer a peaceful spot to unwind while taking in the views. The villa also features two outdoor dining tables - one seating 6 and the other 8 - ideal for al-fresco meals or evening barbecues.
