A path leads down through the garden to the lower area where a stream flows through the grounds. There is a pedestrian access gate out on to 'Scamps Yard'. Across the stream is a large off road parking area for approximately 4 cars accessed via double gates from 'Scamps Yard'. Adjacent to the gates is a useful open front store. From the back of the house to the lower rear boundary the garden measures 122ft long (37.2m)
