House of Social is a new concept of student accommodation opening in September 2025. Designed for sharing, with plenty of space for everyone. Perfectly situated within walking distance to the University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University.

Whether you are booking on your own or with mates, we have houses for two, five or six students to share. Just downstairs is Manchester's newest food hall, consisting of five independent food vendors where you can satisfy your cravings with our exclusive resident offers and discounts.

Our Elite rooms are the largest in the house, which includes your own private kitchen, superking bed, desk, ensuite bathroom and plenty of space. You also have access to the spacious shared kitchen and social space, complete with a huge sofa, dining table, american fridge-freezer, TV, hob, ovens, sink, dishwasher and plenty of storage. With bi-weekly housekeeping included, there will be no more fighting over the cleaning rota.
