Situated at the interchange of the A1(M) and A14, it offers a 30 minute drive to Cambridge, thanks to the A14 upgrade. A regular bus service connects Alconbury Weald to Cambridge, Huntingdon and St Ives. Huntingdon rail station, accessible by bus or bicycle provide fast frequent services to London, St Neots and Peterborough. .
