Within 5 minutes is the small town of Alikianos, where there are schools, supermarkets, a bank and several shops and services. The city and the airport of Chania are about 20 and 30 minutes' drive, respectively. The property is definitely a great choice for your new permanent or holiday home and the sale price is more than fair, given its quality, the size and the features.
