The apartment is on the fourth and last floor of a building with 28 properties. It is located on the frontage and occupies the northwest corner of the building. The apartment building is well-maintained and has a parking space on its back side, which is shared by the apartments. On the ground floor there is a covered parking space while an elevator reaches the floor of the apartment.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2015 with a new kitchen, solar panel, bathroom as well as frames inside and outside. In 2021, air conditioners, new furniture and electrical appliances that have been little used were added.
