Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Battersea and Nine Elms is a lively area with great shops, restaurants, and bars, plus new tube stations that make getting around easy. Some parts are still developing, but it’s a fun, friendly place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management at The Lark is very responsive, addressing any problems promptly and keeping residents informed throughout the process. They handle issues professionally and work efficiently to resolve them.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I had a very pleasant experience living at The Lark and wouldn’t have chosen anywhere else to live. The community is friendly, the management is responsive, and the facilities are excellent. Special thanks to Kashif Iqbal for great rental advice and Gabi from reception for always being helpful.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area offers a good mix of local shops and casual restaurants in the power station. Transport links are convenient . Just a rise in anti-social behaviour and noise pollution from construction

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management are always responsive to issues I’ve raised. Throughout the day there is someone available , received help from staff and Gabi has been available to escalate queries, retrieve parcels and assist with meeting room issues

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing major but the start of the building work and noise disruption would have been useful to know or considered during renewals

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in this area is truly a privilege. It’s located near some of the most desirable parts of London—just a short walk from Battersea Power Station, Battersea Park, and Sloane Square. These are all safe, vibrant areas with plenty to do and see. Public transport is excellent, with multiple nearby bus stops and two major underground stations—Nine Elms and Battersea Power Station—making travel very convenient. I don’t use a car, so I can’t comment on parking, but I haven’t experienced any traffic noise. Although there are some ongoing constructions in the neighborhood, my flat remains completely quiet and peaceful.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

At the very beginning, there was a small issue related to some unclear communication, but the management handled it very professionally. They were supportive, responded quickly, and made sure I felt heard. Since then, any questions or concerns I’ve raised have been dealt with promptly. They’re approachable and take resident feedback seriously, which really adds to the sense of community here.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There’s not much I would change or wish I had known. One thing that may be useful for future residents to know is that there has been some construction in the area due to new developments—but they are almost finished now. I live in Block B, so I don’t hear much noise at all. The little that remains is mostly around Block A. It’s a temporary thing and hasn’t really affected my comfort or peace.

The Lark is located in the perfect area, close to all the shops, restaurants, transport links you could need! It's very convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have always been swift at resolving any queries and the app makes it very convenient.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing that I wish I knew in advance, I feel like the welcome guide gave me all the information I needed.
