The accommodation comprises, on the ground floor: entrance lobby into hallway, with built-in cupboard, well-proportioned living room with an ornamental fireplace, dining room with an Inglenook fireplace with wood-burning stove and built-in cupboards, opening into the rear kitchen, which is fitted with a tasteful range of wall and base units and wood-effect worktops, Range-style cooker with double electric oven, four-ring gas hob and extractor over, integrated dishwasher and a free-standing fridge/freezer. There is a door out to the rear porch which provides access to the steps to the rear courtyard.
Off the dining room are the stairs to the first floor, where the landing has a loft hatch to part-boarded loft. There are two double bedrooms, one with a built-in wardrobe, and a third bedroom, which is currently used as a study/home office. The bathroom is situated to the rear and is fitted with a stylish suite that includes a bath with a mains-fed dual-head shower over, a wash basin in vanity unit and a W.C.
Externally, there are steps down from the rear porch to an enclosed courtyard, with a covered area with a wood store and access into the cellar, which houses the combi. boiler. A gate leads out to the rear lane, across which is a long, gently sloping garden, with a lawn, a pebbled seating area, flower beds and an area of hardstanding at the bottom, which could be used for off-street parking. To the front there is a pleasant gravelled front garden with a path, and a hedge that provides some screening/privacy.
