Located in the municipality of Contessa Entellina, the structure, built in 2002 and renovated in 2007, spans a total area of 250 square meters, currently serving as an accommodation facility, with 10 rooms, including 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, of which 4 are master bathrooms. This house represents one of the few examples of eco-friendly building in the area.

Upon entering, you will be greeted by a traditional atmosphere, with bright and well-designed spaces. The ventilated floors, made of Sicilian terracotta, and the wooden roof, also ventilated, ensure a consistently fresh and dry indoor climate, while the fireplace invites moments of relaxation and intimacy.
