The property is just outside the village of Stylos in a verdant area, which is surrounded by native vegetation and countless orchards. It is a ground-floor house, in which you can make several improvements. However it is immediately habitable and you can possibly make the necessary modifications in the future.

The house has been built on a plot with a good, rectangular shape and average dimensions of approximately 15 m along the frontage * 85 m. The frontage is on the north side on a passable rural road, opposite which there is an irrigation canal with running water. The back side of the plot is directly adjacent to the Kiliaris River, which also has water all year round and beautiful hiking trails along it. Seasonal activities such as rafting or kayaking are also available. The house has been built close to the frontage of the plot. Therefore, the entire back side is free in case you want to add courtyards or a large beautiful garden with access to the river. Before the entrance of the house we find a partially covered courtyard. There is also a well with an old metal mechanism, which is closed and used decoratively. Behind the house there are about 15 mature orange trees, which can become productive with a little care. From almost all points the views are impressive towards the ridge of the White Mountains. The building cannot be expanded. It consists of an open-plan space of about 22 m², which houses the bedroom, living area, dining space and kitchen.
