For most of the year you will not need any additional heating or cooling as the large double glazed windows help keep the flat warm in Winter and a through sea-breeze is nearly always present to keep the rooms cool in Summer.
• Smoking is not permitted in the apartment but you may smoke outdoors on the roof terraces.
• Please note that due to the roof terrace and number of stairs the landlord doesn’t consider this property to be suitable for young children or toddlers. The roof terrace is enclosed by railings but with furniture on the terrace etc young toddlers may climb.
