St Mabyn is a traditional village on the north Coast of Cornwall, benefitting from a village pub, shop, post office, park, village green and primary school. Most everyday shopping requirements can be met in Wadebridge, which is just over 4 miles distant offering several independent shops and supermarkets. Moments away is Rock, one of Cornwall’s major sailing centres, conditions are ideal for water sports as diverse as water-skiing and windsurfing. The renowned St. Enodoc golf club offers two challenging 18-hole courses, and there are wonderful walks over coastal and inland routes. The calm waters of Daymer Bay are ideal for young families while keen surfers should head over to Polzeath.
