Shrewsbury also has a main-line train station around 15 miles away, taking around 54 minutes to Chester, 27 minutes to Ludlow, 19 minutes to Telford Central and 1 hour to Birmingham New Street. Stafford train station is 40 minutes away and offers direct, fast trains to London.

The A5 and M54 provide access to other major commercial centres around the West Midlands linking to motorway networks further afield. Wollerton is just over an hour from Manchester and Birmingham Airports.
