The villa was originally a semi-detached house from the 1950s, but in 2009 it was merged into one whole under the supervision of architects (CM Architecten, Amsterdam). In the process, the house was thoroughly renovated to be more sustainable and finished to a high standard. Further optimisation followed in 2015.

You can park your car on the driveway in front of the door. There is also a garage in the dunes for storing bicycles, beach equipment, etc.
