Take the first exit slip road signposted to Acle and turn right at the mini-roundabout, continuing above the A47 to the next mini-roundabout. Turn right at this roundabout into Reedham Road and continue out into open countryside. Proceed through Moulton St Mary and then turn left into Halvergate Road, which is signposted to Halvergate. Upon reaching Halvergate turn left into The Street and follow the road towards Great Yarmouth. Turn left onto Squires Road immediately after the Old School House. The land will easily be found in the village and a sale board identifies the site.
Alternatively, continue beyond Acle along the A47 towards Great Yarmouth and proceed along the Acle Straight, turning right at the Hindu Temple into Branch Road. This road leads into Marsh Road, Halvergate. Continue along the road and turn right into Squires Road.
