Curtain pole, curtains, vertical blinds. Carpet.

Kitchen (3.0m x 2.8m)

A lovely kitchen with a good range of upper and lower cabinets and drawers, dark grey worktops with matching wet wall backsplash above.  A single sink with drainer and mixer taps sits beneath the window, overlooking the gardens to the rear. A further window enhances the brightness of the kitchen, and both windows have useful, deep, window ledges.  Space for free-standing cooker with extractor fan above, space for a fridge freezer and space and plumbing for a washing machine.  Small breakfast bar. Vinyl flooring.

A separate corner shower enclosure houses an electric shower and is fully lined with wet wall material.  Heated ladder towel rail, further storage cupboard and a medicine cabinet with mirror doors.  The rear-facing opaque window provides natural light and ventilation. Vinyl flooring.

Bedroom 2 (3.3m x 3.0m)

An ample double bedroom with a tall window overlooking the rear gardens.  Built-in furniture along one wall, comprising 3 wardrobes, drawers, vanity shelf and high-level storage.  Separate, fitted, chest of drawers with wall-mounted mirror above.  Curtain pole, curtains, carpet.

Walk-in Storage/Study (1.1m x 2.1m)

A versatile space, currently housing the tumble drier, with a tall front-facing window.  Loft access hatch.  Carpet.

Outside

Immediately outside the front door is an extremely neat, low maintenance, garden area laid to stone chips and fully enclosed by a low timber fence. A paved pathway leads from the gate to the steps, with handrails, up to the front door. To the rear of the building, there is a further area of garden which is fully enclosed by low timber fencing to 3 sides and a stone wall.  Handy wooden shed with a paved area to the front.  Also designed for ease of maintenance, and laid to stone chips, this lovely garden area has sufficient space for garden furniture, providing a great spot to sit in the sun.
