The farmhouse is in need of complete refurbishment and upgrading which the Estate have stated they will be fully responsible for and once completed the farmhouse, together with both modern and traditional farm buildings would provide a wonderful opportunity for the right tenant. The land extends to approximately 40 acres and is currently in both arable and grass production and is situated in and around Skelton.

The letting of Hagg Farm, therefore, affords a great opportunity for numerous business proposals to be submitted in order to acquire a productive smallholding.
