SOAR Works is a purpose built Enterprise Centre in the heart of Parson Cross with easy access to major routes including Sheffield routes, the M1 and public transport.
The centres comprises of 51 lettable spaces with offices, artist studios, retail and light industrial leading to a divers, creative and interesting mix of tenants and a helpful, supportive staff team.

SOAR Works is owned and managed by SOAR Enterprises who are a wholly-owned trading arm of SOAR Community; an established local charity. By being based at SOAR Works, you are supporting the local community - a community hub and a state of the art workspace all rolled into one!

Our office units start from £16.50 per sqft, and come in a range of sizes; from starter offices suitable for 2-3 people to a larger office for up to 20 people.

Heat, light and power are all included within the rent for office units.

Broadband, phone and bureau services are also available. Cleaning services can be arranged for a reasonable cost.
