Description
The farm has good access off a farm track from Weston Road. The property extends in total to approximately 28.6 acres with hedges dividing the fields. The land rises from the yard and is split into two good size fields, approximately 16.2 acres and 12.4 acres. The smaller field benefits from direct access onto the public highway and has gated access to the larger field. The land is currently laid to grass with crops of haylage and silage being grown.
The agricultural buildings are L shaped and measure 120 ft x 100 ft, the buildings comprise a workshop and covered machinery storage. The buildings are constructed from a steel frame with concrete grain walling and timber cladding to the rafters, electric roller shutter door and personnel door. The majority of the sheds benefit from concrete flooring which was installed on completion of the building. There are LED lights located throughout the building and a hard standing yard to the front of the building.
Construction of the building was completed in 2024. There is a solar array located on the roof, these are linked to batteries which provide electricity for the site. The building offers scope for a variety of alternative uses subject to the relevant planning permissions being obtained.
There is a bore hole which supplies water to the farm and private drainage system was installed in 2025 which is connected to a welfare unit. The bore hole, batteries for the solar and inverter are all housed in a brick built store opposite the agricultural building.
The welfare unit located on the land is available by separate negotiation.
