Kitchen and Sitting Room

With windows running the entire width of the room overlooking the front, the kitchen has a wooden style floor and downlights. There is range of modern fitted cabinets with quartz worktops and a central island with storage and breakfast seating, as well as ample room for a dining table. The kitchen has a double electric oven, a gas hob, and space for a dishwasher and fridge/freezer. A staircase with a glass balustrade leads to the second floor bedrooms and a walk through accesses the sitting room which, measuring over 17 ft. by nearly 12 ft., runs the full width of the house and has a window to the rear.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

On the second floor there are three of the four bedrooms and the three piece family bathroom. The principal bedroom overlooks the garden and like bedroom two, has fitted storage. On the ground floor is bedroom three which has French doors leading to the patio area. There is a door into the en suite wet room with a shower, a hand basin, and a low level WC. With fully tiled walls and flooring, the wet room also has a heated towel rail and downlights.
