In the residential area, we focus on the luxury market in prime areas, where we have sold the best properties.

In 2007, we decided to also invest in downtown Porto and its urban renewal.

In 2008, we were the first official Portuguese brokerage of SRU – Porto Vivo and over the years we have contributed to the much-needed rehabilitation of Porto’s historic center.

In 2017, we moved our headquarters to the Foz waterfront, where we opened a highly visible KA flagship.

In 2019, we consolidated our team, participated in the first Real Estate Fairs and launched the first KA magazine.

In January 2020, we created a movement to support a noble cause: “Let’s help the homeless” - Let’s find homes for the homeless in Porto.

In September 2020, we expanded the KA brand to other areas of the country, namely in the Golden Triangle and Algarve.

In 2022 we will open a new office in the Algarve, strategically located between Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago.

In 2023 we will begin participating in international fairs, namely MIPIM in Cannes.
