A restored farmhouse that sits secluded on a hillside in the commune of the medieval village of Monte Santa Maria Tiberina in the Tiber valley. The farmhouse has a total of 388 sqm, which includes 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 60 sqm hay barn. Currently been used as a studio. There is 2.5 hectares of land with a 10 x 5-meter swimming pool connected to solar heating system.
